Climate of Lucknow
 Lucknow has a warm sub-tropical kind of climate characterized by unpredictable nature and minor extremeties in temperature during summers and winters.
Summer begins in April and continues till July. These months are quite hot with temperature shuttling from 30 degree celsius to 45 degree celsius. During these months, the extremely dry winds called Loo increases the temperature as a result of which the afternoons become quite unbearable.
Monsoons arrive in July and last through September marked by increased humidity. During these months, the evenings are extremely soothing with cool breeze bringing some relief.
 Winters set in December and continue till February with temperature hovering around 20 degree to 30 degree celsius. These months are marked by chilling cold, dryness, dense fog in the early morning with poor visibility.
